In our Homemade PESTO, we use ORGANIC BASIL grown by students in Savannakhet Agriculture & Forestry College.
Some other vegetables in Cafe Anakot also come from this college (depending on the day) and they are organic.
The profits from sales of the vegetables are used to purchase new seeds in support of the student's training.
